The shading is spot on. Highlight is ok. But in the red on the shirt it is a bit strange it almost turn gray. Is it possible for you to change the blending mode? That might help.
Its just the colour ive chosen to make the highlight. But I agree it does look a little grey ill add a bit more red and see what I can come up with.
